Allthread Industries specialises in thread rolled bolts and cast-in products. Established more than 50 years ago, Allthread Industries has retained a place in Australian manufacturing through changing times and fiercely competitive market environments.

In June 2016, Allthread Industries acquired First Forge Australia Pty Ltd, which is a specialised importer of high-quality engineered fasteners from Europe, Korea and the USA. First Forge Australia is partnered with the Vescovini Group, which is among the industry leaders in Europe for sales of premium fasteners.
2019
The Sell and Parker Group acquired Allthread Industries in 2019. In addition to its core metal recycling activities, Sell & Parker owns Precision Oxycut, a specialist steel plate processor. Accordingly, Allthread can now offer complete solutions of bolts and plates, all manufactured in-house, in Australia.
2022
A contract has been signed with the largest wind farm in Australia.
